Melania Trump is swapping the campaign trail for the streets of New York City. The former first lady, 54, was photographed arriving at Trump Tower on Wednesday while her husband, Donald Trump, held a rally in North Carolina. Melania looked chic in a black-and-white striped Adam Lippes midi dress cinched with a Michael Kors belt.
She wore this particular combo twice during her time in the White House; first for a March 2018 visit to the Palm Beach Children’s Hospital , and again that August for a dinner with Apple CEO Tim Cook in Bedminster. This time around, Melania finished her look with pointy-toed Roger Vivier flats and sleek black sunglasses. The former fashion model was ushered into the building by her Secret Service detail as doormen loaded her luxe Louis Vuitton luggage onto a trolley.

Although Melania has been absent from nearly all of her husband’s recent rallies, she attended the Republican National Convention in July, dressed in a double-breasted red wool Dior skirt suit.
