MEGHAN Markle has shared her experiences with past traumas. During a recent segment on CBS News Sunday Morning, the Duchess of Sussex disclosed her struggle with suicidal thoughts during her time in the royal family. Accompanied by Prince Harry, the former Suits actress engaged in a conversation with host Jane Pauley to talk about their latest initiative, Meghan shared her thoughts on being bullied, stating “When you’ve been through any level of pain or trauma, I believe part of our healing journey, certainly part of mine, is being able to be really open about it.

” While she delved deep into her traumas, the 43-year-old admitted that she hasn’t “really scraped the surface on my experience.” “But I do think that I would never want someone else to feel that way, “she continued. “And I would never want someone else to be making those sorts of plans.

And I would never want someone else to not be believed. If me voicing what I have overcome will save someone, or encourage someone in their life to really, genuinely check in on them, and not assume that the appearance is good so everything’s okay, then that’s worth it. I’ll take a hit for that,” she further added.

The recent Sunday interview marks the first for the former actress since her explosive tell-all with Oprah Winfrey in 2021. During that interview, Meghan revealed she experienced severe suicidal thoughts during her pregnancy with Prince Archie, attributing them to the brutal scrutiny from the tabloids. “I just didn’t want to be alive anymore,” she expressed in that interview.

“I would sit up at night, wondering, ‘How is all this being produced?'” she said, referring to the constant negative media coverage about her. Prince Harry and Meghan resigned as senior members of the royal family in 2020 and moved to the United States, where they currently live in a luxurious $14 million mansion in Montecito, California..
