The future of British pole vaulting appears bright as prepares for her debut on Monday. The current world indoor champion has the potential to reach new heights at Paris 2024 if all goes according to plan. Juggling a modelling career alongside her sporting commitments, the Cornwall native's could make her Team GB's shining star at the Summer Games in France, as detailed by the .

The -born is a strong contender for gold in the women's pole vault, which kicks off on Monday. Caudery, who boasts 312,000 Instagram followers, will compete in Group B with 14 other athletes, while fellow Brit Holly Bradshaw takes part in Group A. Caudery's athletic career kicked up a notch earlier this year when she announced herself as an official athlete.

The 24-year-old celebrated the most significant victory of her career to date shortly afterwards, becoming the first Briton to win gold in the women's pole vault at the World Athletics Indoor Championships with a leap of 4.80 metres. She then sealed her first Diamond League event win in Doha and claimed victory at the Golden Spike in Ostrava, where she cleared 4.

84m. Caudery - who has a strong background in surfing and gymnastics - then clinched bronze at the European Athletics Championships, but her best was yet to come. The 5'9" blonde beauty went on to set a new British record when she jumped 4.

92m at the Toulouse Capitole Perche in June and confirmed her spot at Paris 2024 the following week. Her position was never really in doubt after that effort, especially considering she comes from a family of pole vaulters, with mother Barbara and brother Finley also involved. "You have to embrace it all, I am living my dream and I am so grateful for that," said Caudery after winning World Indoor gold in early March.

"I want all of that, I want people's media attention, it is all part of it. I am just so grateful for it all, and I just use it to help me. "I have got such a great support team around me and they are never going to let my head get too big or anything like that.

I am just so grateful to be where I am, that will keep me grounded too and never take anything for granted." Caudery's social media is a potent mix of high-flying athletic endeavours perched alongside more 'normal' pursuits. The rising star often posts pictures of herself modelling competition outfits and activewear but also makes sure to appraise her followers of what she's wearing on holiday.

She's also starting to rake in the endorsement deals after signing on with the likes of Adidas, Samsung and Intel over the past year. Caudery also recently appeared on the front of The Sunday Times' Style magazine, and there are sure to be more shoots on the horizon. Australian Nina Kennedy is easily the most notable threat on the pole vault gold after she shared the 2023 World Championship title with Katie Moon of Team USA.

However, momentum appears is running in Caudery's favour ahead of Monday's big start. Assuming both favourites make it through their heats, it's a 48-hour turnaround before the final takes place on Wednesday. It's there that Team GB could truly welcome its latest Summer Games star as Caudery looks to soar like never before.
