The Danish capital, Copenhagen, is one of the trendiest cities in the world. It’s no wonder that members of the royal family have been making waves in the world of fashion. Nikolai William Alexander Frederik, Count of Monpezat (born 28 August 1999), a member of the Danish royal family, has been working as a model who has walked the runway for luxury fashion brands such as Burberry and Dior.
He is the son of Prince Joachim and Alexandra, Countess of Frederiksborg, and the eldest grandson of the former Queen of Denmark, Margrethe II. The dapper royal graduated from the Copenhagen Business School earlier this year. He is often spotted at fashion weeks, either in the front row or walking the runway.
He is signed with the modelling agencies Elite and Scoop. GQ Australia described Nikolai as “fashion royalty” on its cover. In an interview with Wish magazine, he said, “I want to work more in fashion and continue modelling for as long as possible.
” He made his modelling debut in 2018 with Burberry at London Fashion Week, when he was in the final year of high school at Herlufsholm. Standing tall at 6′1′′, with green eyes, brown hair, and a regal aura, he has become the darling of luxury brands. The Danish royal family has mostly stayed away from the limelight, but in September 2022 is grabbed headlines when, Margrethe II stripped half of her grandchildren of their royal titles.
