In an interview with The Independent in 2010 when asked if he felt like an old dad at 67, he replied: “Yeah, obviously I’m getting older, but I don’t relate to it very much. It doesn’t interest me as something to dwell on. I have a nine-year-old kid at home.

Back in 1966 when he came into the world, his father was still 10 years away from scoring the part of Han Solo in Star Wars and married to his first wife, illustrator Mary Marquardt .
