Matt Bomer ‘s family is enjoying some quality time before a big change. On Sunday (August 11), the 46-year-old Fellow Travelers actor took to Instagram to share a bunch of photos from a trip to Big Sur, Calif. as he marked his 18-year-old son Kit ‘s “last trip before college.

We love you Kit, and we’re so proud of the young man that you have become!” Matt wrote along with photos of him and Kit out to dinner along with photos of them exploring the nature and scenery around Big Sur. If you didn’t know, Matt shares Kit with husband Simon Hall . The two, who have been married since 2011, are also parents to twin boys Walker and Henry , who were born in 2008.
