Mary Berry’s 15-minute pasta dish is fantastic to make during the week and not only is it a quick recipe but incredibly tasty. This cheesy pasta is topped with crispy parmesan and earthy mushrooms in a creamy sauce, making it a comforting meal bursting with flavour.

Heat the oil in a frying pan, add half of the parma half, and fry until crispy, then, remove and set aside. Chop up the mushrooms into quarters, add to the pan and fry for two minutes, then pour the creme fraiche and bring to a boil. Add the pasta, parmesan, parsley, and remaining uncooked parma ham to the pan and toss together on a medium heat.

Season the pasta well, topped with the crispy parma ham and your tasty pasta is ready to serve. Serve with a fresh green salad and crusty bread if you prefer.
