Marvel Rivals is the latest PVP team shooter to hit the market and so far its closed beta has been a huge hit with players. The game is a third-person 6v6 shooter that has similarities to titles such as Overwatch. With it being a hit during the beta, it is a promising sign and it will be interesting to see how it performs when the full game is released.



According to , the Marvel Rivals closed beta peaked at 52,671 concurrent players on Steam. This puts it as the 29th most-played game on Steam for the day, putting it ahead of titles such as No Man’s Sky, Battlefield 2042, Street Fighter 6, and Helldivers 2. This also means that Marvel Rivals, a similar game to Concord, has seen 22x more players during the beta than Concord did with its recent beta that ended on July 23rd, which .
