With more than 15 years of leadership in the arts sector, Carby has demonstrated a passion for fostering community engagement through music and cultural initiatives. His strategic vision and proven track record in organizational development make him an ideal candidate to lead the Baton Rouge Symphony Orchestra into its next chapter. Prior to joining the Baton Rouge Symphony, Carby served as assistant director of Operations and Production at the Omaha Symphony.
