This prestigious study evaluates the hospitality industry by gathering feedback from numerous guests across the United States. In the luxury category, The Luxury Collection stands out for its unparalleled service and distinctive guest experiences, securing the top position among 11 competing luxury brands.

The brand’s commitment is highlighted by its exceptional properties, including The Gritti Palace in Venice, The Gwen in Chicago, and The Prince Gallery Tokyo Kioicho. Following closely, The Ritz-Carlton earned the second highest marks in this segment. Element by Westin has distinguished itself in the Upscale category, taking the lead among 18 brands.



Known for promoting balance and wellness, Element by Westin has proven its excellence at destinations such as Element Salt Lake City Downtown, Element Melbourne Oceanfront, and Element Bozeman. AC Hotels by Marriott also performed well, securing the second highest position in this group. The North America Hotel Guest Satisfaction Index Study, now in its 28th year, assesses hotels on various factors including booking, check-in and check-out efficiency, room quality, food and beverage options, amenities, and value.

With over 39,000 participants this year, the study provides a robust measure of customer contentment from those who have stayed in a hotel within the past month.
