This exclusive regional dining event spans from September to November and features six elite properties: The Ritz-Carlton, Tokyo; The St.

Regis Bali; The Ritz-Carlton, Melbourne; The Athenee Hotel, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Bangkok; The St. Regis Mumbai; and JW Marriott Hotel Singapore South Beach. Guests will indulge in bespoke culinary experiences crafted by renowned chefs from the Asia-Pacific area and beyond.

The series encapsulates and celebrates our highly contextualized brand experiences curated for our guests in these most desired destinations.” The Luxury Group Dining Series encapsulates a remarkable culinary journey, unfolding across six vibrant locations. This event activates 23 distinct restaurants and bars, involves more than 25 prestigious hotels and resorts, and highlights the expertise of over 55 culinary and beverage professionals.

From September 27 to November 29, the Luxury Group Dining Series by Marriott International unfolds across various prestigious locations, featuring a stellar array of chefs and mixologists. Here’s a glimpse of the enriching culinary events planned: The Ritz-Carlton, Tokyo (September 27-29): Expect a convergence of culinary excellence featuring Executive Chef Teruki Murashima, Chef de Cuisine Hisao Ishida, and Chef Takuji Nakano. Highlights include bespoke menus at Héritage by Kei Kobayashi and Hinokizaka, complemented by top-tier wines and sake.

Also, don’t miss the unique matcha-themed brunch and a cocktail masterclass by award-winning bartenders, Kentaro Wada and Yosuke Asano, showcasing flavors inspired by Japan’s diverse climates. The St. Regis Bali (October 4-6): This venue will host a rich tapestry of Balinese and international culinary delights.

Michelin-starred Chef Arne Riehn and celebrated Chef Spencer Patrick will enhance the local dining scene with their renowned gastronomic approaches. Additionally, a trio of mixologists from St. Regis properties across Asia will enhance the experience with innovative cocktail creations.

The Ritz-Carlton, Melbourne (October 17-19): Chef Angelo Aglianó from The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong will introduce his signature dishes at Atria, complemented by a bar takeover from Tokyo’s esteemed Gold Bar. An indulgence hour with local canapés and luxury beverages at the Lobby Lounge will redefine happy hour. The Athenee Hotel, Bangkok (October 31-November 3): A festival of Thai and international flavors awaits, curated by chefs like Christian Herrgesell and Giovanni Graziadei.

Enjoy a collaborative culinary experience at The Allium, interactive sessions at Hashiri, and bespoke menus at The Silk Road and The House of Smooth Curry. The St. Regis Mumbai (November 15-17): An array of global culinary talents will converge, including Spanish Chef Miguel Navarro.

The program includes a patisserie masterclass, a haute couture Champagne afternoon tea, and a special Four-Hands Dinner showcasing the best of South Asian cuisine. JW Marriott Hotel Singapore South Beach (November 29-December 1): The series culminates with a grand dinner at Madame Fan, featuring chefs Pak Chee Yit and Paul Lau Ping-Lui.
