Marks and Spencer shoppers are rushing to grab Mel B’s stunning green dress for only €54. The Spice Girls singer looked incredible in the forest green piece as she appeared as a guest judge on ITV's new show M&S: Dress The Nation. She joined hosts AJ Odudu and Vernon Kay as they look to find a new fashion designer for M&S.
