The property, located in the luxury residential tower Minerva, has a carpet area of 1,247 sq. ft.
(116 sq. m.).
The sale was officially registered on August 16. Manoj Bajpayee and his wife purchased the apartment in 2013 for Rs 6.40 crore.
The Minerva Tower, developed by Lokhandwala Kataria Constructions, is a two-acre project with 362 units. The sold apartment is on the 47th floor and includes two car parking spaces covering 240 sq. ft.
The buyers have been identified as Praveen Jhanji and Saloni Jhanji. A stamp duty of Rs 54 lakh was paid for the transaction. Minerva offers 3 and 4 BHK apartments, many with views of the Arabian Sea and the Mahalaxmi Race Course.
The location is close to key business districts like Lower Parel, Worli, and Nariman Point. In addition to residential properties, Manoj Bajpayee has also invested in commercial real estate. Last year, he invested Rs 32 crore in four office spaces in Oshiwara, located in Mumbai’s western suburbs.
