This woman was left feeling unsettled at the end of her flight. Let's be honest, spotting a bit of eye candy while out and about isn't exactly rare. Whether it's locking eyes over the veg aisle during your big shop or brushing shoulders on a rammed bus, you never know where you might bump into someone fit.

But actually chatting them up? That's a whole different ball game, and most of us would probably just let the moment pass us by rather than make a move. However, one bloke's attempt to chat up a lass he fancied on a ended up making her feel totally "weirded out". Explaining on X, which used to be Twitter, the woman - who goes by the handle @EYEamLRBY - revealed she was given a note by a man as they were disembarking the plane, with him insisting she should "read it later" and swearing it wasn't "not creepy".

In addition, the man had also chucked in a $100 (£77) note inside the letter. The woman, who is from the US, was horrified after reading the note. Commenters on the post were quick to point out that despite the man insisting it wasn't creepy, his actions were in fact more than a little unsettling.

But the woman argued that while she did find it "weird", she wouldn't call it creepy because he didn't leave his number or expect her to contact him. She elaborated: "I feel like it was weird. But I honestly didn't find it creepy because he didn't leave a number and there was clearly no expectation or hope that we would interact again.

" Yet, the jury among the crowd still leaned heavily towards the verdict of creepy, concurring they'd be freaked out if in her shoes. Plenty chimed in that the surprise dough would be a neat sweetener for the weird vibes. Chipping in, one commenter quipped: "I would be thoroughly creeped out but an unexpected $100 is always nice," while another pitched in: "Man was creepy after all, but at least he paid the creepy tax.

".
