A man has been arrested in connection with a murder that took place in Mission Valley on Oct. 19 , according to a news release from the Victoria County Sheriff's Office. Lezahn Jamearl Thomas Norman, 19, has been charged with murder in the case.
He was arrested on Oct. 24 at 12 p.m.
in Bloomington. The Victoria County Sheriff’s Office SWAT Team, Criminal Investigation Division, Patrol Division, Special Crimes Unit and Precinct 1 Constable’s Office executed a search warrant and arrest warrant in the 300 Block of East 5th Street of Bloomington and arrested Norman, the news release revealed. Norman was taken to the Victoria County Jail.
