It's Monday, and Malaika Arora has a bunch of new exercises for you to try out at the gym. The 48-year-old shared an Instagram post where she did five different exercises while wearing ankle weights. If you are young and suffering from back pain, they will help you strengthen your back and hip flexors.

The fitness enthusiast did the exercises while wearing ankle weights to increase the difficulty level while gaining health benefits. According to Malaika's post, she advised her followers to do each exercise for 10 repetitions.
