Baking doesn’t need to take an arm and leg, as one recipe creator has revealed how you can make a great breakfast in just minutes. Recipe developer Emily Scott shared her incredibly simple recipe for rustling up some homemade breakfast muffins, without the need for kneading. What’s even better is that the recipe only uses two ingredients, so you won’t need to break the bank.
Emily’s breakfast muffins take no time at all to make, as the dough does not need to rise. Her recipe has been dubbed ‘perfect’ by breakfast fans. Emily captioned an Instagram post from November: “2-INGREDIENT BREAKFAST MUFFINS.
Made with just flour & yoghurt, these fluffy breakfast muffins are so quick to prepare. “No kneading or proving required, these are perfect for toasting or slathering with butter while still warm from the pan. Add any savoury fillings you like and enjoy!” Food fans shared a great amount of praise for Emily’s minimal fuss recipe .
