Saturday, August 24, 2024 Delta Air Lines , American Airlines and United Airlines have extended their suspensions of flights to Israel in response to the ongoing conflict in Gaza. The airlines are closely monitoring the evolving security situation and making decisions based on expert advice. Both airlines are offering flexible rebooking and cancellation policies for affected customers.

Delta Air Lines has announced that its flight suspension will continue until October 31. Customers with affected tickets can rebook or cancel their trips without additional charges. Delta is also partnering with El Al and Air France to offer alternative travel options.



American Airlines has extended its flight suspension to March 29, 2025. The airline is working with its partners to assist customers with connecting flights through European cities. United Airlines has indefinitely suspended its service to Israel.

Customers with affected bookings can rebook or cancel their trips as per the airline’s policies. United Airlines has indefinitely suspended its service to Israel, joining other international airlines that have temporarily halted flights to the region. However, several carriers, including El Al, British Airways, Air France, Wizz Air, and flydubai, continue to operate flights to Israel.

Germany’s Lufthansa has also suspended all Middle East flights, including those to Tel Aviv, Amman, Beirut, Tehran, and Erbil, until Monday..
