Mirroring nightlife meccas such as Berlin and Tokyo, the Canadian metropolis will let local establishments serve drinks and stay open throughout the night. City officials are confident that this seismic shift in the city's nightlife could rake in "hundreds of millions" of dollars in extra revenue, BBC reports.
