Viewers have been gripped by the latest series of Married At First Sight where 22 singles attempted to find a connection - and the show has been filled with tears, heartbreak and of course, love. The ninth series saw the return of experts, Paul C Brunson , Mel Schilling and Charlene Douglas who welcomed the singles and attempted to marry them to their perfect match. Of course, it hasn't all been smooth sailing with couples having fiery arguments, breakups and awkward family encounters.
With both the series finale and the reunion fast approaching - let's see where the 2024 marriages are so far...
Richelle and Orson were the oldest contestants in the series, and had a very fiery relationship from the very start which resulted in big clashes. After a tense exchange on their honeymoon, Richelle refused to move in with the groom. The pair left in Week 4 and during their final commitment ceremony, it emerged that Orson and another bride, Hannah, had shared a kiss whilst on the retreat.
Orson admitted: "On the last night of the retreat me and Hannah were speaking and we shared a kiss. There was a little connection there. I'm not going to lie.
" VERDICT: Looked rocky from the start - and then it got worse. Polly and Adam had a tricky start to their marriage after the groom admitted Polly wasn't his 'usual type'. Adam's comment eventually made it back to Polly leaving her distraught.
However, the pair decided to remain in the experiment and have been continuing to grow closer every wee.
