She wrote in her caption: "‘It’s easy for you’ ‘You’re so lucky’ ‘I wish I had your motivation’ Are comments I get all the time. "Matter of fact is, I’ve not always looked or been this way. Body imagine and weight has been something I’ve always struggled with and I was that girl who used to look at people in the gym and think I could NEVER.

"This journey has been difficult and one which I’ve dedicated my life to as it has been a lifestyle change and not an overnight fix. Along the way I’ve also had comments like, ‘don’t take it too far’ ‘You’re obsessed with the gym’ ‘should you be eating that’. Almost being criticised for the natural journey I’ve taken.

Which is absolutely OK! But now I’ve had comments such as ‘ohh you’ve put a bit of weight back on’ ‘god she’s massive now’. "From a girl who’s always struggled with her weight, I’ve been bullied, been in whats app groups, been rejected, been mocked, been low because of how I think other people look at me.

"The reason I always say it’s a lifestyle and not a fix is because life has also threw some amazing opportunities my way over the past year and I’ve grabbed them by the balls! I’ve experienced amazing trips, met inspiring people, ate unbelievable food & drank some unreal drinks! But guess what, I’ve still managed to keep this lifestyle of mine up. It’s all about making changes for good and having good habits. "My goal is always to be as transparent and inspiring to you all.
