Madonna is spending some rare time with all of her children! The entertainer has been in Italy to celebrate her birthday – she turned 66 years old last Friday, August 16th. In a recent Instagram post, Madonna shared a slew of pics of the celebrations over the past week, which also included celebrating her son Rocco ‘s birthday. The post even included a rare photo of the superstar with each of her kids.

The last slide in the 20 photo post featured Madonna in the center, surrounded by Lourdes Leon , 27, Rocco , 24, David Banda , 18, Mercy James , 18, and 11-year-old twins Estere and Stella . Check out the pics below! Also included in the slideshow was Madonna ‘s beau, Akeem Morris , who she was photographed out and about with in Portofino last week. Nearly a year ago, all of the kids, minus Rocco , joined Madonna on stage during the opening night of her Celebration Tour in London!
