Delhi-based Victorian Corporation recently shared plans for its Eko-Privilege Resort in Nainital, which includes 50 cottages, a banquet area, and facilities suited to the wedding and tourism markets. Expected to be completed by December 2025, the project also features a 23-plot development and a clubhouse, set to open by mid-2025, offering buyers access to resort amenities in a natural setting.
