Wednesday, August 28, 2024 Accor and 4A Capital unveil a new Mövenpick Resort in Tsaghkadzor, Armenia, blending luxury and adventure in the heart of the country’s ski capital. Accor has recently signed an agreement with 4A Capital LLC to launch a new Mövenpick property in Armenia. The upcoming Mövenpick Resort Tsaghkadzor will be located in Tsaghkadzor, Armenia’s most renowned ski and resort town, and will feature 198 rooms.

This newly constructed resort is scheduled to open its doors in 2026, offering guests the hallmark Swiss hospitality of Mövenpick, along with premium dining options and membership benefits through the ALL – Accor Live Limitless loyalty program. Mövenpick, established in 1948, originally made its mark in the Swiss restaurant industry and has since grown into a distinguished international hotel brand celebrated for its culinary innovation. Today, Mövenpick’s commitment to generous and creative hospitality is evident in its more than 125 hotels worldwide.



These properties are dedicated to cultivating meaningful experiences, from memorable family gatherings to productive business encounters, all centered around exquisite cuisine. 4A Capital LLC, a rapidly expanding property development firm, is behind this ambitious project. Their diverse portfolio includes both residential and commercial developments.

As part of this venture, investors will have the opportunity to purchase hotel rooms, which will be managed professionally under the reputable Mövenpick brand, creating a unique investment opportunity in the Armenian real estate market.
