A luxury mansion “effectively owned” by international crime cartel boss Daniel Kinahan is to be auctioned off next month - with a minimum price tag of €550,000. The ‘impressive’ West Dublin four bed detached property was seized by the Criminal Assets Bureau in November 2022 following an order made by the High Court. The house, located in a gated development at 10 Coldwaters Lake in Saggart, is the first property that has been seized from Daniel Kinahan after it was found to be the proceeds of crime, namely drug-trafficking.
