Chocolate aficionados will be thrilled with the latest addition to York city centre. Knoops, a brand dedicated to 'Knoopology'-the art of crafting the perfect chocolate drink, has opened its doors on Parliament Street. The brainchild of Jens Knoop, a chocolate enthusiast who founded the company in 2013, Knoops offers an impressive range of over 20 different chocolate percentages.
These range from a creamy 28 per cent white to a rich 100 per cent extra dark, and can be paired with one of nine dairy or plant-based milks. Over 20 flavour add-ons such as sea salt, orange zest, and chilli are also available. Each drink is customisable to suit individual tastes and can be enjoyed as a hot chocolate, an iced chocolate, or even a thick milkshake blended with ice cream.
William Gordon-Harris, Knoops' CEO, expressed his excitement about the new store: "We're thrilled to bring Knoops to York, a city renowned for its rich history and vibrant food scene.
