Those looking to downsize their living space without compromising on a luxurious lifestyle can now purchase a tiny house featuring a mirrored facade made with a "rare golden-shimmering glass" and gold-themed interiors. The "Golden House," available for $250,000, is a limited-edition mirrored home design by ÖÖD, an Estonian manufacturer known for its , cabins and saunas. Only 79 units of the Golden House will be built, with 79 representing the element number of gold.
Spanning a total area of around 283 square feet and weighing around 15 tons, the Golden House measures 25.92 feet in length, 10.93 feet in width and 10.

"Each detail of the Golden House was crafted with a vision of creating something truly special—a place that offers not only a unique living experience but also a work of art in its own right," Jaak Tiik, a co-founder of ÖÖD, said in a September 11 statement.
His brother and co-founder, Andreas, said, "We wanted to design a space where nature and luxury co-exist harmoniously." Made with "durable materials" and an "energy-efficient design," the Golden House is designed to "last for generations while maintaining a minimal environmental footprint, the company says. Around 30 of the 79 Golden House units to be built are expected to be sold in Europe and the United States, while the remainder will be placed in the Middle East and "other exclusive destinations," according to ÖÖD.
The Golden House, which will be officially revealed at the Barrett-Jackson car show in Scottsdale, Arizona, from October 10 to 13, has received over 110 inquiries before its launch.
