Home Bargains is selling a mascara that "lashes look fake" for just £1.99 - and it's worth £19.95.
The budget retailer is becoming well known for stocking impressive skincare products - now shoppers might have another to snap up. The budget retailer is stocking Wunder2 WunderExtensions Lash Extension Mascara, which has an RRP of £19.95, for under £2.
The product is said to last 72 hours, giving a "rich colour" and "flake-free finish." The full product description reads: "The WUNDEREXTENSIONS Lash Extension Stain Mascara lasts up to three days and gives you natural-looking, defined lashes with an extra black finish. The mascara is also waterproof and has a comfortable feeling on the lashes without smearing or flaking the mascara that won't move until you want it to!" The mascara has racked up a number of reviews online , with many praising it for lengthening their lashes and how long it lasts.
Among them, one person said: "Love it, one of my top five favourites. "It makes my lashes look fake, super full and long. Stays on well but easily removed.
This one is one to try out if your looking to try new products." A second wrote: "My favourite mascara, lasts all day and does not budge, makes lashes longer and thicker definitely would recommended. To remove use an oil infused make up remover then the product comes off straight away.
" A third impressed shopper added: "I just got this recently but I use this product daily. So glad I decided to get this brand because my lashes look absolutely amazing, so long and full. Definitely worth going to get another one.
" However, others weren't quite so pleased with the product. One said: "I really wanted to love this mascara. It gets 2 stars because it did a pretty good job of keeping lashes separated and didn't clump up too much.
However, it did seem like I had a dried out bottle. It looks full as seen through the clear container but hardly any mascara would come out on the wand. "The bristles were short and there wasn't very many of them.
So I feel like I was needing to apply way more than I needed which did end up in some clumpage. Better results with my Maybelline at half the price." Another wrote: "I have small, sparse lashes.
This Mascara provided nice volume and even helped tight line my upper lashes line but there was little length. If you have naturally long lashes, this product would look beautiful on you!"
