At Four Seasons Hotel Shenzhen, guests can indulge in the delectable Matsuyi brunch available every day from 11:30 am to 2:30 pm. The brunch menu, now offered daily, presents an extensive selection of culinary delights, ranging from an assortment of seafood to premium wagyu beef dishes.

Central to this culinary experience is the art of teppanyaki, with standout dishes such as the Seafood Teppanyaki Platter, featuring Alaskan King Crab Legs, Lobster, and Scallops, as well as Teppanyaki Live Abalone. The menu continues with a variety of tempura, rice, and noodle dishes, alongside freshly prepared sashimi, nigiri sushi, and maki rolls. Guests can also enjoy a diverse selection of soups and salads.



The highlight of the menu is the exquisite wagyu beef, known as the “King of Beef,” which is celebrated for its buttery texture. This includes specialties like Wagyu Beef Tataki, Grilled Wagyu Beef with Matsutake Mushrooms, and Wagyu Beef Fried Rice with Black Truffle, available for an additional CNY 88 during the weekdays. The Matsuyi team is dedicated to crafting dishes that reflect the elegance and innovation of Japanese cuisine, with other unique offerings such as Baked Half Shell Oyster with Cheese, Sea Whelk Dashi Soup with Turnip, Deep-fried Iberico Pork with Homemade Jam, and Grilled Eel Rice Bowl.

The brunch is priced at CNY 498 per person on weekdays and CNY 598 on weekends and public holidays, with additional charges for wagyu dishes. Beverage packages are also available, including a free-flow beverage option for CNY 148 and a soft drinks package for CNY 58, both subject to a 15 percent service charge and applicable taxes..
