An aparthotel with 20 "luxurious" bedrooms will soon be up for auction in Merseyside. Located on Stanley Street, Southport, Hotel 21 is very modern and spacious, also boasting the likes of a cinema room and studios. The facility itself can function as a hotel and also has licencing to serve as a 19 bed HMO (house in multiple occupation).
At the time of reporting, the site is up for auction for a guide price of £1,200,000 PLUS*. On their website, Venmore Auctions said: "A 20-bedroom Aparthotel situated in the heart of Southport. With a range of luxury accommodation scaling from classic doubles, duplex rooms, to studios.
