New Jersey culinary options According to the German airline, the lounge, located at Terminal B at EWR, will have the central Skyline Bar as the centerpiece of the area, with a large selection of cocktails, wines, spirits, and non-alcoholic drinks.



In addition, it will offer some local options to visitors, including on-tap craft beer from New Jersey and fresh regional products in the lounge’s bistro area. During the summer, travelers inside the lounge will find cornbread from the ‘Garden State’ with candied tomato jam and sandwiches with trumpet mushrooms, bacon, crisp lettuce, and tomato chutney on sourdough bread. First class passengers and HON Circle members, with the latter Miles & More status earned through flying first and business class, will have an à la carte menu in a private dining area.

As such, one-third of the space with functional communal tables, wireless charging, or wireless printing was dedicated to business travelers, while the remaining space invited guests to relax with comfortable seating for different groups. The initial codeshare agreement will cover Lufthansa's flights to Boston Logan International Airport (BOS).

Lufthansa’s EWR network Being part of Star Alliance , Lufthansa and its group airlines, including Austrian Airlines and Swiss International Air Lines (SWISS), operate flights out of EWR to its home hubs in Europe. United Airlines , which was one of the founding members of the alliance, has utilized EWR as one of its hubs on the East Coast of the US. Nevertheless, data from the aviation analytics company Cirium showed that Austrian Airlines, Lufthansa, and SWISS have scheduled 28 weekly flights from EWR to four airports in Europe in August.

This included Frankfurt Airport (FRA) , Munich Airport (MUC), Vienna Airport (VIE), and Zurich Airport (ZRH), with all four airports welcoming seven weekly flights inbound from EWR. United's largest East Coast hub has quite a lot to offer when it comes to international routes..
