LOVE Is Blind UK viewers have been left seething after uncovering the show's real villain. The first ever British instalment of the Netflix hit kicked off this week fronted by married duo Emma and Matt Willis . Fans have immediately become hooked on the dating series which sees strangers interact with each other via 'pods' and never coming fact to face with one another.

It means that their potential romantic connections are built without ever having to see each other. At the end of their time in the pods, if the couple feels their connection is strong enough, they become engaged to be married before finally seeing each other face to face. The experiment then sees the couples navigate life with each other over the course of a few weeks, including a holiday and living with each other, before their wedding day which ultimately determines if love is truly blind.

Fans are already loving the first four instalments, with the next four episodes dropping in seven days time. But opinions have quickly begun to form with many viewers having 'uncovered' the show's real villain. Whilst many were quick to label Sam, 31, a "red flag", many others have now insisted it is someone else entirely who is stirring up all the trouble.

Love Is Blind UK viewers think that 29-year-old Catherine Richards is the real villain of the show. Catherine fell for Freddie on the programme but many fans have been left unconvinced by their budding romance. Fans have predicted that she could be a "heartbreaker" as well as insisting that she isn't "genuine".

Taking to X to air their thoughts, one fan said: "I’m getting the sense that Catherine is gonna be a villain in this #LoveIsBlindUK." Another added: "I’m calling it now, Catherine doesn’t like Freddie that much and once she sees Ollie, she’s off." A third penned: "Whatever Catherine is selling, I’m not buying it.

She gives off Jessica from S1 vibes." "I feel like Catherine is gonna break Freddie’s heart," wrote a fourth. Before a fifth declared: "I’m sorry but Catherine is not genuine at all.

She’s really ramping up the martyr act when she wanted someone else herself. She didn’t do Demi or Ollie any favours, give me a break." The fan turnaround comes after Sam became the first target of being the programme' s first villain.

They were left insisting that he was a "walking red flag" and an "ick" after finding himself caught up with Benaiah and Nicole in a love triangle. HERE is the full list of hopeless romantics looking to find love..
