Lorraine Kelly's son-in-law Steve White has revealed that he has stopped drinking alcohol as he embraces life as a father in a brand new TikTok series about navigating parenthood. The 30-year-old, who welcomed baby Billie with Lorraine's daughter Rosie-Kelly Smith in August, has been regularly sharing advice to new parents in his 'Dad Diaries' series on social media, which recently received praise from the ITV host as she shared one of his recent clips to her Instagram. In a separately uploaded video, Steve opened up about his decision to give up booze earlier this year as he admitted he knew he couldn't 'cope with hangovers and parenting a child at the same time.
' Steve told his followers that he drank alcohol in social situations from the ages of 18 to 29 and while he's never had a real problem with drinking, he admitted that he used it as a 'tool' to make him 'feel more confident' when socialising. Speaking to the camera, he said: "What I've always struggled with is the after effects of alcohol like the hangovers and the anxiety that followed the next day and as I got older with every year each negative side effect got worse.
