SJT Developments have been working on the new “Ace” development on Leigh Broadway since March 2023, when the former Grove Fittings Ironmongery store and Leigh Car Wash were demolished. The new development will include 15 luxury apartments, alongside several commercial units situated on the ground floor. Now, bosses at SJT Developments have revealed that the apartments will be finished in October, and residents will also begin moving in within the same month.
Photos have also been revealed to show the inside of the luxury apartments that are now already 60 per cent sold. And a spokesperson for SJT Developments said: “The team at SJT are happy with the progression and we are ahead of target with completing the project. “It has been an exciting development from start to finish, especially with the curved aspect of the building and the curved glass, which makes an unbelievable feature to the development.
“The development has been built to highest standard, with luxury amenity areas for residence to enjoy. “And a large communal terrace which is fully-fitted with high quality outdoor furniture, for residents to enjoy when they move in. “The apartment block’s grand entrance area is fully interior designed, with a luxury sofa area to relax and enjoy as well as luxury light fittings and art work throughout the building.
“There is lift access to every floor, a private gated car park and security intercom. “Ace is the most exciting and newest development in Leigh, and is the ultimate residence to live.” The remaining apartments are currently on the market with estate agents Scott and Stapleton, and also with fellow agents Gilbert and Rose.
The development will also include four commercial units, with three of those already reserved, and only one remaining. One of the commercial units has already been revealed and will be transformed into a new yoga club, which is also opening its doors to customers in October..
