This holiday weekend, art enthusiasts have a unique opportunity to immerse themselves in the vibrant creativity of the region with two exciting self-guided studio tours running from Oct. 12 through 14 from 10 a.m.
to 5 p.m. each day.
The Fall Foliage Art Studio Tour will spotlight emerging local artists, offering a fresh perspective on the area’s artistic talent. Meanwhile, the Monadnock Art Open Studio Tour, New England’s oldest and largest weekend art tour, invites visitors to explore the work of established artisans. While both tours showcase the rich artistic landscape, they operate independently, allowing for a diverse and enriching experience for all who participate.
The Fall Foliage Art Studio Tour (FFAST) is back for its 16th year, inviting the public to explore the creative heart of the region. This year, 28 talented artists will open the doors to 24 unique studios, eager to share their artistic journeys and masterpieces with the public. The FFAST spans towns surrounding Dublin, including Swanzey, Keene, Nelson, New Ipswich, Rindge, Richmond and Marlborough, showcasing a vibrant mix of media — from stunning ceramics and intricate fiber arts to woodworking and striking paintings and sculptures.
