First flown in 2007, the Phenom 100, Embraer's smallest executive business jet, has served as the entry-level model of its product line for the Brazilian aircraft manufacturer since its introduction in 2008 and is currently the oldest model manufactured in its business aviation segment of aircraft. The most recent variant of the Phenom 100 is the Phenom 100EX, which was sold out of production throughout 2024 when they first debuted the aircraft at NBAA in 2023. The Phenom 100 is certified by the National Civil Aviation Agency of Brazil (ANAC), the FAA in the United States, and EASA in Europe .

The evolution of the Phenom 100 With over 400 delivered to date, the Phenom 100 has gone through several iterations over the course of its production lifespan, first starting out as EMB-500 in 2007, which was Embraer's model name before the marketing name was created. The Phenom 100 eventually evolved into the Phenom 100E variant, which included additional spoilers for added performance. This later morphed into the Phenom 100EV, which was the first major overhaul of the aircraft model.



First delivered in 2017, the Phenom 100EV replaced the original base Pratt & Whitney PW617F-E engines with the improved version of PW617F1-E, which added an additional 35 lbf of thrust to each engine and increased performance.
