EARLY mornings are made easier by one thing - a nice hot cup of good quality coffee. And as we head into autumn , Lidl is set to make everyone's mornings a little bit warmer with its latest middle aisle item. The popular chain just announced the arrival of its 1100W Espresso Machine.
The new item is the ideal way to get the taste of luxury coffee without paying through the nose. It will be sure to appeal to coffee lovers who prefer the glam of espresso to instant blend. The sleek black and silver machine will be available in the shop's popular middle aisle from Thursday, August 22.
The item costs €74.99, a mark down from the original price of €79.99.
But the price tag means that shoppers are saving hundreds - some espresso machines go for as much as €590. Even standard machines like the ones found in Currys or Harvey Norman can set punters back €200. With the Lidl version, shoppers can pocket the difference and still enjoy the luxury of espresso.
And the machine features all sorts of add-ons, such as milk frothing nozzle, so you can practice making barista style coffees at home. Or, why not use the frothing nozzle to try your hand at making Pinterest -worthy latte art? An official description of the item reads: " 2-in-1 swivelling high pressure steam nozzle: hot water outlet and milk frothing nozzle. "Powerful 15-bar pump pressure for the perfect crema and flavour.
"With portafilter system." Meanwhile, Lidl has also announced an item that is sure to come in super handy in the winter . Its new hanging airer is the ideal way to dry clothes and avoid having to unfold a huge hanging rack.
The handy item hangs on to radiators and other furniture and then folds out to allow clothes hanging. And the convenient item is small and compact, allowing for easy storage when not in use. The best part is, it's adjustable, so it can be hung over multiple pieces of furniture.
The compact hanging airer is three metres in size, so will fit all the clothes you need at once. An official description of the item reads: "Total drying length. "Easily adjusts for radiator or wall thicknesses of up to 10cm.
" And there's a major bonus - the item is priced at €3.49 but can be bought in a multi-buy deal that's €5 for two. The hanging airer will be dropping in the middle aisle on August 26.
