A $60,000 luxury item of Liam Payne ’s is missing after his tragic death, with police confirming it has not shown up during raids on multiple houses. Police have been searching for the One Direction star’s Rolex watch that he was seen wearing in CCTV footage in the hours before he jumped to his death from his third-storey hotel room in Buenos Aries on October 16. Local media outlet La Nacion reported the watch was not found in his hotel room or in the homes of two escorts who Mr Payne was with before his death.
“We know from images that have been analysed that Liam had the watch on the day of his death,” a source told La Nacion. “He had it in one of his hands and he had it at least two to three hours before his fatal hotel fall. We looked for it in his hotel room and couldn’t find it.
” The source revealed authorities will look through the hotel room once more to ensure it was not missed in previous searches. “The room is still sealed off by court order and no one can enter. “Searching for the watch in the homes of the people Liam had contact with before his death was the initial priority but now another inspection will take place to see if it remains somewhere in his room.
