Tuesday, September 10, 2024 LEVEL Airlines, the Spanish low-cost carrier, has revealed its upcoming winter schedule, marking a significant expansion across its routes to the Americas. This season, the airline is increasing its seat capacity to the United States by 9%, bolstered by the addition of a new route between Barcelona-El Prat Airport (BCN) and Miami International Airport (MIA). LEVEL will also enhance its services to Buenos Aires, Argentina, as part of its broader transatlantic growth strategy.

As the sixth airline in the International Airlines Group (IAG), alongside Iberia, Aer Lingus, and British Airways, LEVEL is solidifying its role as a key player in international travel. A major focus of LEVEL’s winter schedule is its expanded operations to the U.S.

, where it already serves key hubs like New York JFK Airport (JFK), Boston Logan International Airport (BOS), Los Angeles International Airport (LAX), and San Francisco International Airport (SFO). This winter, the airline will offer 277,588 seats across its American routes, including connections to Buenos Aires (EZE) and Santiago de Chile (SCL). The new Miami route, launched in March this year, will further increase the carrier’s footprint in North America.

In addition to the U.S. expansion, LEVEL is set to enhance its service to Buenos Aires with a daily frequency from October through December, after which it will increase to eight weekly flights.

The additional flight will operate on Saturdays, offering passengers more flexibility with double daily services on that day. Meanwhile, LEVEL will maintain its three weekly flights to Santiago de Chile, though the carrier has made adjustments to flight timings. The outbound flight from Barcelona, which previously departed in the morning, will now shift to a nighttime service, departing at 23:25 and arriving in Santiago the next morning, effective from October 27.

Looking ahead, LEVEL has ambitious growth plans, aiming to expand its fleet to eight aircraft by 2026. The airline remains committed to its vision of connecting Barcelona with more long-haul destinations, further enhancing its presence in the global aviation market..
