LeBron James claimed “ain’t no party like a Diddy party” in a resurfaced video with the rapper who remains behind bars at a Brooklyn federal prison following his arrest last week on sex trafficking charges. The Lakers star had joined Sean “Diddy” Combs on an Instagram Live chat four years ago where the athlete made the comment. “Hey, everybody know, ain’t no party like a Diddy party,” James told an emphatic Combs in the video making its rounds across social media.
“Yeah that’s whats up!” an emphatic Combs responded. James, 40, has not commented on the resurfaced video since internet sleuths uncovered it earlier this week. The NBA superstar also has not been linked to any of Combs’ alleged crimes.
In an unsealed indictment against Diddy, federal prosecutors claim that the hip-hop star hosted “freak off” parties where women were lured and coerced into engaging in sexual performances with male sex workers. The embattled rapper was arrested at the Park Hyatt New York by Homeland Security Investigations on Sept. 16.
