Daughter, mother, wife, LaWonda Eastmond passed away Aug. 12, 2024, at home in the arms of her husband. Lawonda, a strong spirit, a motivated woman with an even bigger heart, lived her life to the fullest.
Always pushing herself to a successful journey. In 2019 with the birth of her beautiful Aaliyah Eastmond. LaWonda, a woman who particularly did not want to be a mom, became the most amazing mother.
With the support of her husband and family, and the inspiration of her daughter Aaliyah. Lawanda continued to grow and succeed not only in business but life. She leaves behind her husband, Michael; daughter, Aaliyah; father, H.
B. Rhodes; sisters; Sharonda, Lutricia, Felechia, and LaTasha; niece, Aleshia; and nephew, TJ.; aunts, Peggy and Gerry; and uncle, Johnny Young.
With special remembrance of the queen herself who will never be forgotten. LaWonda, best friend, advisor, mentor and heart, Mrs. Paulette Rhodes,(Mother).
LaWonda passed away from heart failure at the age of 42. Gone too soon, but will never be forgotten. The impact she left on everyone she came in contact with, will live on within us.
There are no words to describe how much she will be missed but her legacy will forever live on. Funeral service will be Saturday, Aug. 24, 2024 at 12 p.
m., visitation from 11 a.m.
