LAUREN Bolton shares a deeply emotional confession as the police uncover significant new evidence regarding Joel’s murder in Coronation Street. As the investigation into Joel’s murder continues, Lauren Bolton (Cait Fitton) makes a confession to her new boyfriend Max Turner (Paddy Bever) next week on the ITV soap. In the hospital, Lauren cuddles Frankie and admits to Max that she lives in fear that one day social services will take him away.
Max assures her if they stick together, they’ll be fine. Meanwhile, Dee-Dee Bailey (Channique Sterling-Brown) makes a confession of her own. Unable to live with the guilt, Dee-Dee heads to the station, telling copper Kit Green (Jacob Roberts) that the anonymous phone call he received was from her after she hit Joel with a crowbar.
