Saturday, October 5, 2024 For the second consecutive year, the LATAM Pass frequent flyer program was recognized at the Frequent Traveler Awards (FTA) as the “Airline Loyalty Program of the Year in the Americas” among 300 loyalty programs. For the first time, it was also recognized for “Best Earning and Redemption Ability”. The FTA’s are the only awards focused on travel loyalty across the Americas, Europe, the Middle East and Africa, and the Asia Pacific, where frequent airline passengers themselves cast the votes.
In its 2024 edition, more than three million customers from 186 countries voted. “These recognitions demonstrate the value that program members see and motivate us to continue improving and expanding benefits to more people, providing them with the best flight experience and new alternatives to redeem their miles, so that members can interact with the LATAM Pass ecosystem on a daily basis” says Cristián Ortiz, CEO of LATAM Pass.
