In a setback for the YSR Congress Party (YSRCP), Kuppam Municipality Chairman Dr. Sudheer has resigned from the party and joined the Telugu Desam Party (TDP) in the presence of TDP chief N. Chandrababu Naidu.
Dr. Sudheer also stepped down as Municipality Chairman and resigned from councillor post. He submitted his resignation letter to the Municipal Commissioner.
