m. KST on Aug. 6, Suga lost his balance and fell while making a left turn toward the inside of the main entrance of Nine One Hannam luxury apartment complex after passing three riot police officers who were patrolling the sidewalk in Yongsan, Seoul.

The CCTV footage appears to have been from a camera inside Nine One Hannam. The Dong-A Ilbo and TV Chosun reports stated that the results of the breathalyzer test showed that Suga's blood alcohol content level was 0.227 percent, which is at a level where his license can be revoked.

The report by Dong-A Ilbo added that according to the police and others, at about 9 p.m. on Aug.

6, Suga ate and drank with acquaintances at a restaurant near Hannam intersection, then went to his nearby personal studio to drink together. About about 11 p.m.
