He joins fellow footie favourite David Moyes , 61, as an award-recipient with the former Everton and Manchester United boss receiving an OBE for services to the sport. Scotland’s most decorated Olympian, Duncan Scott, 27, becomes an OBE for services to swimming. At this year’s Olympic Games in Paris , he won his eighth Olympic medal by taking silver in the men’s 200 metres individual medley final in Paris, following his gold in the men’s 4x200m freestyle relay.
