Prince Andrew may soon see his security removed by King Charles (Image: Getty) Royal brothers King Charles and Prince Andrew were the topic of discussion on ITV's Good Morning Britain today. Hosts Kate Garraway and Sean Fletcher welcomed on former Royal editor, Duncan Lancombe as they discussed the King taking away Andrew's security. It comes as it is speculated that Charles, 75, has appeared to ramp up pressure on his younger brother to move out of the Royal Lodge .

However, according to reports, he has refused to vacate the 30-room Grade II listed house in Windsor Great Park, Berkshire. Former Royal editor, Duncan Lancombe, said: "Royal brothers falling out, there's a whiff of familiarty about it. He's the brother of the King.

"I think my point would be in terms of stripping him of his private security, it's really one of those situations where he was born a Prince. Now, whatever Andrew may or may not have done he isn't a very popular member of the Royal family. In fact, he's the least popular according to polls.

Mr Lancombe replied: "Well the protection that Andrew has is paid by King Charles so it's not out of the tax payer's money." The GMB presenter rephrased his question, asking: "Ok, why should he get protection for that massive house when he can get that really big house in Frogmore?" Duncan responded, saying: "Well I still think it's ridiculous he's still living in Royal lodging, I'm afraid, and that's something we agree on. "And if this is just a move, which I suspect it may be, just a move by King Charles to kind of nudge Andrew out, and make the right decision.

And he is at risk. "I mean he would be living in fear. Whether it be in a 30-room house or a smaller, scaled down one.

He would be living in fear." Kate agreed as she said: "It would be horrible for the King wouldn't it, if he withdrew this and something happened?" Duncan replied: "That would be the ultimate PR disaster." Good Morning Britain airs weekdays from 6am on ITV and ITVX.
