Pune: Congress president Mallikarjun Kharge on Thursday said the BJP, instead of raising the Article 370 issue in state poll campaign, should instead focus on soybean and onion farmers in the state. "The decision on Article 370 was taken in Parliament, and the issue is settled. Why are BJP members bringing it up in Maharashtra's poll campaign? They should raise it in Jammu & Kashmir.
