Building on the momentum of the 2024 Forum on China-Africa Cooperation (FOCAC) Summit held in Beijing, this renewed collaboration aims to fortify the long-standing partnership between the two nations. During the China-Kenya Tourism Dialogue, titled “Nihao! China,” held at Kenya’s iconic Maasai Mara game reserve, Kenya’s Acting Tourism Secretary, Benard Kahuthia, underscored the mutual benefits of the partnership, stating, “Tourism plays a key role in building bridges, fostering mutual respect, and encouraging the exchange of ideas between our nations.
” The dialogue was attended by Chinese Vice Minister of Culture and Tourism Lu Yingchuan, along with local officials from Narok County.
