Kelly Osbourne ‘s boyfriend and Slipknot band member Sid Wilson wound up in the hospital after suffering burns across his body. The 47-year-old musician took to social media to share a video of himself from inside the hospital and explained what happened. His partner also weighed in on the accident.

Taking to her Instagram story, Kelly shared a video of herself holding her and Sid ‘s son Sidney in the hospital. “This is why you don’t f-ck with burn piles,” she said, adding, “He literally set himself on fire and exploded everything.” If you were unaware, a burn pile is a way of disposing of natural debris on your land.
It’s meant to be a controlled fire but can go wrong. Sid also documented his experience from his hospital bed in a video shared on his Instagram story. “Hey everybody.
I had an explosion in my face,” he said, stressing that he was “going to be ok.” “I did have some serious burns to my face and my arms,” Sid said. He also said that he was “singed everywhere” but would be better enough to tour with his band.
Slipknot issued a statement on Instagram sending him well wishes and also saying that he would join the band for a show on September 1. On Saturday (August 23), Kelly returned to her Instagram story with another update, saying that Sid was doing “so much better” and had been released from the hospital. We hope that he makes a quick recovery! Kelly and Sid made their red carpet debut earlier this year at the 2024 Met Gala.
